Our cancellation policy is 7 days. If you cancel 7 or fewer days before your check-in date your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel more than 7 days before your check-in date your deposit will be refunded in full.

It is our policy that only one family and one camping unit (tent, trailer, motor home, hardtop, van, camper, etc) can set up on any one site. We define family as a group of people who reside at the same address.

Our check-in time is between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Guests who arrive between 11am and 2:30pm may not be able to check in. If the site is available they will be charged an extra time fee of $10.00 for a campsite or a camping cabin and $30.00 for a Cottage.

There is no late check-out option for either Cottage. Guests who wish to check out late on a campsite or camping cabin will be charged an additional fee of $10.00 and must leave by 4:30. Later than 4:30 and they will be charged for an additional night.

In order to make a reservation a deposit equaling the first night of the reservation must be paid with a valid credit card in our system. If the reservation is made in person and the deposit is being paid in cash, the deposit is the full cost of the entire reservation.
